IKOpro Sprayfast IBA is a moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive that can be applied faster and more accurately than standard hand-poured PU adhesives. It utilises a new canister system, enabling rapid, professional bonding of a wide range of insulation boards to VCL or straight to deck.

IKOpro Sprayfast IBA is faster to apply than a standard hand-poured bead-applied PU adhesive. One square metre of insulation board can be covered in as little as 2-3 seconds, and the product cures in as little as 15 minutes.

The IKOpro Sprayfast pressurised canister system not only enables you to apply adhesive quickly, it also ensures a more precise and professional application. With a controlled bead size, the system eliminates wastage, and with a coverage rate of up to 350m² per canister, it is also extremely economical.
Ensures a Smooth Finish
Some insulation adhesives that have been developed to compensate for uneven roof deck can cause the insulation board to rise, which can lead to the costly and timely re-work of the roof. IKOpro Sprayfast IBA foams sufficiently to compensate for undulations, whilst its adhesive properties ensure that the insulation board stays flat and even. It foams and rises immediately to allow an immediate ‘grab’ of the board, but it does not continue to rise once the board has been laid.

IKOpro Sprayfast IBA is a solvent-free, multipurpose adhesive that is compatible with a variety of insulation boards, including EPS, XPS and PIR (tissue and foil-faced). Unlike many other canisters on the market, it also contains non-flammable gas, which can make the product much easier to store onsite in compliance with ADR regulations.
