Spectraplan Bond and Seal Sealant is a single part polyurethane sealant designed to be used with Spectraplan membranes which cures on exposure to moisture vapour forming a water tight seal.
Spectraplan Bond and Seal Sealant is suitable for use in conjunction with most common building materials and is intended for use when terminating membrane pipe details and other upstand details in accordance with IKO Polymeric recommendations. It should be used with Spectraplan Bond and Seal Activating Cleaner.
